Fact 1:

Making good and harmonious relationship between bosses and employees is the most important factor to have a success in Brazil.   

Fact 2:

In Brazil, businessmen put in clothes according to business fields. For example, workers usually wear colored gowns. However, office workers usually put on suits, shirts and neckties.   

Fact 3:

Brazilians don’t have any prejudice or antipathy against foreigners. So they welcome foreign businessmen to their country and even promote it.   

Fact 4:

Brazilians sometimes arrive late at regular meetings such as lunches, dinners, parties, but they arrive on time at business meetings.   

Fact 5:

If businessmen succeed in signing contract, they usually have dinner together. In this case, clients or buyers are treated to barbecues at good restaurants. After dinner they stay there drinking and talking for a very long time.   

Fact 6:

Brazilians have a sense of superiority to other South Americans, because Brazilians believe that Brazil is the most important and most powerful country in South America.
